I called them on October 23rd and booked an appointment for November 19th. Nobody contacted me on the 19th, so I called the company the next day (November 20th) to follow up. That’s when I was told there was no appointment under my name or address in their system at all. So I ended up waiting almost a month for nothing.
When my suspension spring broke in my garage they were able to book it in quickly. The guys that replaced it were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Great service!
Awesome service, I called and they were here within an hour and had our door working great very quickly. The price was reasonable and the service from the office to the guys working on the door was phenomenal. We had our torsion springs replaced and due to ground movement they put in rollers that could give more room for the movement. They also helped program a remote that I had purchased before and couldn't figure out. Thanks for the great work. I don't post many reviews but when service is this good I just had to.
