Was not happy with the new lady she said she is new & giving me a wrong information. If you are new why not ask with coworker or someone knows before telling me wrong information and I waited whole day for my phone appointment and no one calls me. Wasted my day!

Horrible experience at this gynaecologist , as I got a prescription for an iud I had to go to see a different gynecologist. Her name was Dr. Drew that’s not the proper spelling for it. I do not know how to spell it they try to act as if they don’t know why I’m spotting and it’s been two years I would never refer this gynaecologist to another human being. In fact, I hope they get close down.

This is a shame because the doctors there are great, well educated and knowledgeable people, kind and understanding, and its a very clean respectable building. However, the Receptionist is absolutely rude when it comes to people with disabilities. Absolutely horrible customer service.Horrible experience with office receptionist.every time I was treated very rudely by the front desk. They are not well organized with patients file. I do it think she has had training and that she really need to work on anger issue. All clinic doctors need to issue their concerns. The Customer service representatives are trained to deal with angry customers and acknowledge their distress while finding ways to resolve problems but she is horrible in all skills.
