This is your typical wny obgyn office where they have one way of doing things and don't really treat you as an individual. Most of the staff are friendly but I'm talking about the actual care I've received. You may as well get care online or go to an urgent care, I hate saying that but there's reasons people are going to online providers, I really miss my old doctor who actually listened to my concerns. Unfortunately, this place had me feeling like just a number - not an actual person. I had a miscarriage while on the phone with the on-call doctor and she sent me to the hospital. No one called to follow up with me. I called the next day to cancel my upcoming appointments because I miscarried and they said "okay thanks." Didn't ask if I wanted a follow up with the doctor or anything. Certainly will be making an official formal complaint regarding lack of support and communication from the team during early labor stages. Was sent to ED following routing appointment because of high BP, low fetal movement, and contractions every 5 mins (per provider this is what process is). Was monitored for 6 hours and only seen by a resident. The actual provider who has seen me in the office several times never came to check on me or talk to me after I requested this several times. If I could leave a negative review I would. They knew I needed surgery since December I ended up hospitalization in June and needed two blood transfusions. Very unprofessional and hard to have anyone call you back. I have been waiting two weeks for the office manager to call me back after surgery. I wish I could go into more detail at this time.
