Don't waste your time they are incompetent put in a request to have my medical records transfered they told me it could take a week now 2 weeks later nothing transfered and no record of transfer of documents clearly no one there is capable of a very simple request
My daughter and I switched to Queen City OBGYN and have been so happy with every visit! Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and feel like we are being heard … every time we have came we are so happy with the amount of time spent and answering all our questions. Great office! Very efficient, staff are friendly and Dr. Frauenheim was wonderful! Kind, patient and took the time to listen to health concerns I had, and explained things in a very easy to understand way that eased my fears. Really glad I chose this practice to transition to.
