Daughter was seen here when she followed a provider from another practice. .She has insurance that they participate with and there are no deductibles. It was a routine care service. She was billed via invoice - 2 months later. She Immediately reached out to verify information for insurance. After recieving another invoice she spoke to the insurance company and they reached out to Queen City. Horrible experience
Extremely disappointing experience with Queen City OBGYN. Important maternity leave paperwork was submitted through the patient portal and followed up on repeatedly for over a week with multiple phone calls, yet there was no response, no follow-through, and no urgency shown by the office staff. Attempts to contact the office continued even during labor and delivery, and still no callback or assistance was provided.
