I only travel the hour to get there for a certain doctor however the rude secretary that just called me is the reason I'm finally leaving. This office has cancelled on me too many times for "important appointments". I wasn't notified of my canceled appt for today until 1.5 hours before the appt time. And it was for a maternity leave for the doctor that the office had over 9 months to plan for. The secretary told me the doctor comes back october 7. Been waiting 4 months to schedule a surgery and it’s a biopsy too clearly don’t put patient care first the symptoms from my issue have been affecting my well being. Definitely going somewhere else. I would not recommend..

This is your typical wny obgyn office where they have one way of doing things and don't really treat you as an individual. Most of the staff are friendly but I'm talking about the actual care I've received. You may as well get care online or go to an urgent care, I hate saying that but there's reasons people are going to online providers, I really miss my old doctor who actually listened to my concerns. Unfortunately, this place had me feeling like just a number - not an actual person. I had a miscarriage while on the phone with the on-call doctor and she sent me to the hospital. No one called to follow up with me. I called the next day to cancel my upcoming appointments because I miscarried and they said "okay thanks." Didn't ask if I wanted a follow up with the doctor or anything.
