This is a very unhealthy toxic environment to be in. There is a very high staff turnover.

Dont call from a pharmacy looking for a doctor that used to work there and ask for their current location/fax number, the receptionist will just hang up on you a couple times before you get an answer.

The doctor I saw here was fine. It was the staff operating things in the lower level that were unfortunate to work with. There was a general lack of follow up from the reception staff to book in appointments and I always had to call in to check on things to make sure I was not missed. Of the 6 appointments I had, only two were correctly scheduled on their part. I would get calls from the doctor days earlier than the time I was told. I’m not sure if they put it in wrong the first time or shuffled it later and did not tell me.... read more
