I’ve been coming to Queen City Kettlebell for almost a year now and training with Coach Emma has been such a great experience! Emma has helped me get stronger and make so much progress in the gym. I didn’t know much about weightlifting prior to coming here so Emma has made me feel so safe while I was learning and made sure I wasn’t hurting myself. The environment is super friendly and motivating! Can’t recommend it enough!

I've been training at QCKB for over a year now and would highly recommend it. You could be a total beginner petrified of the gym, or an experienced athlete - if you're looking for conditioning and strength training, this is an excellent place to be. The combo of friendly coaches with great training expertise and a great community is a perfect fit for me. Ask DJ about his undying love for Tom Petty.

Stopped by to check out QCKB tonight and to see what they have to offer. These guys are the real deal. DJ and team have a great, clean space and have great exercise programming. They are all friendly and have great attention to detail to make sure you work out safely and effectively. Thanks again for hosting, DJ, Leah, RC, Emma and Layla 🐶

I have been going to QCKB for almost 5 years and it has changed the way I view fitness. At 44, I am the strongest I have ever been. But more than that, I enjoy the community of people and the environment that DJ and the coaches have created. I love seeing familiar faces in a personalized environment each day that I train. I know that I am investing in a healthier future for myself alongside others that feel the same.
