Horrible experience and customer service!!! We have been trying to schedule a helicopter ride with Queen City Helicopter since July 2015 when I booked it for my husband’s 60th Birthday. For one reason or another they have reschedule us at least 7 times. In February through e-mail I told Bonnie we were moving in April and that if our reschedule for March 19th did not work out we would need to discuss a refund.
