I needed help with a patio slider that had become difficult for my parents to operate. The main issue was how much force it took to get the door moving, and it was also slightly out of alignment when closing. The door was serviced, the rollers were adjusted/replaced where needed, and the alignment was corrected. It now opens and closes smoothly without the extra pushing. That was the outcome we were hoping for.

Our sliding glass door was making a loud grinding sound and leaving small bits of debris along the bottom track. I was worried the whole door might need to be replaced. The repair involved cleaning and correcting the track area plus replacing the damaged roller components. The track on our bedroom balcony door was pretty rough and noisy, especially first thing in the morning. I was mainly looking for a repair rather than replacing the entire door. We had a sliding glass door that would close but never seemed to seal properly, so the room was getting noticeably warm around the door. The technician inspected the alignment and adjusted the door and rollers, then checked the closing seal. It now shuts evenly without having to lift or shove it. The whole repair was much less disruptive than I expected.
