My experience at Queen City Endodontist from scheduling to the root canal procedure was professional and pleasant.
My Dentist referred me to Dr. Michael Gengo of Queen City Endodontics for an evaluation, where a possible root canal procedure may be required. The evaluation confirmed that a root canal was needed and the procedure was performed smoothly and in a timely fashion. Dr. Gengo and his staff were fantastic from start-to-finish! The environment was very friendly and relaxing. I’d recommend Dr. Gengo to anyone who is in need of an Endodontics.
I was extremely anxious about a procedure, the Dr and medical staff made sure I felt comfortable every step along the way. I had an amazing pain free experience.
I will say everyone I encountered was very nice. This is basically a PSA: Do Not disclose if you use any alternative medicine for chronic pain. They may refuse to see you after you drive 40 minutes in a snow storm even if it is prescribed by a Dr. Maybe put that on your paperwork or call the patient before to tell them. (i filled out paperwork mid-day the day before my appt). Probably a great Dr. and team but needs to loosen up.
