My experience was quite pleasant...I was there for a consultation regarding an old root canal and some potential unpleasant effects that could occur in that case . Dr. Gengo reviewed the "slides" with me, explaining possible options and outcomes in a down-to-earth manner. My wife and I were impressed with the Doctor and his staff. Thank you!
We were able to be seen very quickly, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating when making the appointment. Dr. Ravangard and her assistant were so sweet, patient and informative when caring for my daughter. They really go above and beyond to ensure it's a positive experience from scheduling to leaving.
Dr Casey is amazing. No one likes getting dental work, but she made it as good as it could be.

This was my first time at Queen City. And I have to say it was a pleasant experience. I know what you are thinking Root Canal pleasant? But it was, from the moment you walked in the door. Everyone was so friendly, it was very clean, they made you feel very comfortable.
