Would recommend this gym. I told Dan, the owner, my goal was to string together a few pull-ups in my intro meeting. Two years later, I’m doing things I never thought I could. You can tell the coaches care, and they do a great job helping you to develop skills and technique. I’ve tried multiple gyms and workout classes over the years, and have had the best results at Queen City CrossFit. Great group of people make the workouts enjoyable.
