I joined Queen City CrossFit a couple of months ago and I love it! Between the expertise of the coaching staff and in-depth programming you are set up for success in achieving your fitness and overall health goals. CrossFit is not for the faint of heart, but if you’re ready to change your life; your sleep, your energy, do it with this community at Queen City CrossFit. The gym is clean. The coaches are top notch. The accountability is unmatched!! I joined crossfit almost a year ago right after moving to Cincinnati and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It’s helped me stay consistent, pushed me to try exercises I never thought I could do, and helped shape my experience in a new city. The workouts are challenging and the coaches always make sure your technique is correct before jumping into an exercise, no matter your experience level. When I joined Queen City CrossFit 3 years ago, I couldn’t walk up stairs and talk at the same time. Now, at 50 years old I am more active than I’ve ever been. I’m down 40 lbs, jumping rope, climbing stairs, and deadlifting 180 lbs! 💪 I’ve never been able to stay consistent with fitness—until I found this place.
