ETA: This was a birthday gift I was paying for. When my friend consulted, the artist quoted and agreed to $350. We understood that to be the total price for the finished piece (which matches our experience at every other shop we’ve used in the past). Two hours into the session, after the artist had already stepped out for multiple smoke breaks, the pricing suddenly switched to hourly. Today my daughter and I went to ink and ivory to get matching tattoos. It was my first tattoo and her second, so she was a returning customer and I was a first time customer. I have to say that this was such a great experience! Tommy was our artist, he was so professional, patient and fully explained placement suggestions.
