Had my SUV repaired at Queen City Auto Body in late Sept 2025. Was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the high quality of the repair. Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Ken
My vehicle still needed parts ordered after I dropped it off to be fixed, causing me to wait longer than expected. It took 2 months to get in to my appointment, and they still needed parts. (Disappointing) This required me to use a rental vehicle longer than I expected and lead to more problems for me in the long run. I didn’t feel like staff was very knowledgeable. I would not use this company to file a claim with SGI ever again.
