Most horrid place to ever try to deal with.. called for a tow, sent a truck to tow unit and the truck showed up, put my unit on back and then got stopped by local authorities minutes later for no brake lights, no safety chains or tie downs what so ever. recvd call saying they only made it half mile before being stopped, told us they would not let us take our unit back unless we still paid them for the tow even thought they did not tow it for us and they refused to drop our unit.. told us if they had to send another truck out... read more
Dan's City autobody does NOT give you a good paint service.. The paint on my car lasted only 4 months and it started pealing. When I asked the owner Dan Genest if he can do something of the bad work he did, he gave me a bad attitude. The ugly blonde secretary has even a bigger attitude. Once you pay Dan, then his attitude changes. He could really care less about customer service. His finals word to me was F### off. Stay away from these people, they are the worst of the worst.
The people who work here are so sweet. I had gotten into a car accident a couple months ago, not thinking I would be able to afford it, but the owner Dan gave me a great price! He was so nice to me and my husband on the phone. My car was done in record time. I will always come here to get my cars worked on. They are nothing but nice people that work here. I LOVE THIS PLACE!
these guys are awful, they overcharge on everything!! for a less then 10 mi tow they charged me $315. they made sure they didn't tell me this till after it was all said and done. at that point its pay or it goes to collections.
