Avoid dealing with this company at all costs. I rented a property recently in Hapeville GA. Two weeks in we are done. The place has a strong mold smell thats making me and my brother sick. It has German roaches and every appliance was broken when we moved in. The fridge was full of dead roaches and their feces but they won't replace it. Mike is dedicated to delivering quality and he holds everyone on his team accountable to do the same. You should want to work with someone like him as he will push you to be and do your best. And for guests, the work he puts in is second to none. You aren't getting a cheap thrown together space, you are getting quality. Not many real estate people care that much so take the nay-sayers with a grain of salt.

Michael is a passionate owner who prides himself on delivering quality to the people he serves. I read the reviews and from what I have seen with my own 2 eyes those negative posters must be the scammers. Running a business in general is not easy and it is even harder when you have bad guest who come in to destroy the property or bad contractors who don't follow the proper protocol.
