I’ve been a customer at Queen Bee Nails since 2014. I have manicures and pedicures done by Andy. He is the absolute best! He’s great at what he does, and he is personable while doing his craft. I would recommend him and Queen Bee to others without hesitation. Sheila Wall
4/45/2018 I called for a French pedi came in asked for callus scrub French pedi. Never will I ever come here again. They nail lady was rude .. very quiet and rushing, mind you it's not even busy 3 people the most . The scrub was poorly done very fast and she only massaged 1 leg?? Like what lady r u serious . Then I asked for the white tip to be thicker then normal and she didn't answer me just sighed. After I was finished she put my shoes on and gave.me my bill. Unsanitary. I went to get my underarms waxed and the lady doing so didn't seem to know what she was doing. Her English wasn't good so I couldn't communicate with her. It seemed like she only had experience with waxing eyebrows even though the lady at the counter told me they wax everything. The lady doing my waxing started out by trimming my underarm hair first with little eyebrow scissors which made me question why she would even do that; not to mention that she would pinch some of my skin in the process. This place is fabulous! I'm from out I town and I walked I here on a whim. The place is huge, clean, and well decorated. The staff is polite and friendly. My pedicurist was not only professional but so sweet. She did a wonderful job. I'm very happy . If I'm ever in town again I'm dropping by.
I just found out this salon, it is a gem. Very clean and sanitize. I love how the service, very professional. The polish selection is massive. I like the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I am highly recommended.
I recently had a service at this location and the Manager shows me the Inspection Report from CA Board of Barbering and Cosmetology indicated "NO VIOLATIONS". How many of them in California?
