Staff can't speak English properly. Wifi wasn't working all day all night. Too much loud noise in hallway. Staff is very rude.
When we got there nobody was at the front desk, then an Asian lady came with her mouth full to talk to us. When we asked if we can switched rooms she got frustrated and lashed out and said this is what we have take it or leave. Extremely rude and very unpleasant experience.
They cancelled our reservation after fully charged my card without check into the hotel yet. DO NOT go there if you need a decent service, you will regret it. The lady up front is rude and threatening to use my personal information if I write a review.
