I purchased a necklace from her during Flower Mart festival at the National Cathedral. I tried to wear it next day to the Birthday party and it got broke slightly. I was so worried as it’s not inexpensive item and I don’t know her. I texted to show her what happened with the item. She immediately responded told me to mail it to her. I mailed it to her she let me know as soon as she received my mail. Within a week she fixed everything included a pair of matching earrings and mailed back to me.
