This is a terrible business. I went there for a simple car wash, pulled up to the kiosk,payed for the car wash I chose and as I was waiting for the Car wash door to open up in order to get my car cleaned, the kiosk lit up and informed me that the car wash lane I was in was out of order. At this point I backed up and went to the next lane which I just witnessed another car use so I knew it was working. Been stuck twice in this car wash. I called three times and still have not received my refund. Disappointed
Place has gone down hill vacs aren't shoveled out self service bay 1 has a manger leak in the ceiling
This is the second time I’ve gotten an incomplete wash and no response after leaving my number with the answering service.
Went into touch less bay , right from the start machine was not functioning correctly would not signal me to stop . Then it started soaped up half my vehicle and stopped working. Took car to self service bay to hose the soap off . $28 for nothing. Called answering service several times never received a return phone call to get my $28 back Yep Bitten by the Bee !!! .
