Went through A few weeks ago, My car was still very salty after the wash. (It was documented )I called their Customer Service three times and left messages without a single return call. Wash your cars at home people.
This is a terrible business. I went there for a simple car wash, pulled up to the kiosk,payed for the car wash I chose and as I was waiting for the Car wash door to open up in order to get my car cleaned, the kiosk lit up and informed me that the car wash lane I was in was out of order. At this point I backed up and went to the next lane which I just witnessed another car use so I knew it was working. Been stuck twice in this car wash. I called three times and still have not received my refund. Disappointed
Place has gone down hill vacs aren't shoveled out self service bay 1 has a manger leak in the ceiling
