Was charged $10 for the vacuum when the machine says $2 for debit/credit card. The nozzle was also broken off the vacuum so it was ineffective.
I love all the options they have to wash/vacuum your car!
I'm very sorry to add this review but I called yesterday 4 times to let you know that the first bay, someone had slit the hose or something happened when I washed my van on sunday 8/10 around 3:00 p.m. I entered my card and the $7.00 charge started right up and the water sprayed right out at me. There was no way I could have washed my vehicile (a mercedes sprinter) without getting soaked. I had no way to stop the charge. I checked to see if anyone was on property but of course no one was. Best car wash around. Costs are comparable, if not less, than other lesser car washes around. The soft touch wash is very thorough, the water pressure is great too. An added plus is that the self serve wash accepts cards so you don't need to have small bills or coins on hand.
Entered the bay and the wash stopped after 20 seconds. Left soap all over my truck. I called management, but no return call. Entered wash a second time to wash away soap residue. It didn’t clean the truck at all. Called again, but no return call.
