Kristina is the best!! Every time I see her my pedicure is perfect, she always takes her time with the detail work and ensures I leave with the softest feet ever. Very kind and professional!! My go to for forever!!!!
I had a lovely and relaxing pedicure with Christina. She was excellent and my feet have never felt better.
The Russian manicure here is perfect. Kristina & Tina are amazing and meticulous in their work, plus they always get the nail shape exactly right. Will definitely keep coming back here.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Management and staff need to communicate better and clearly define what “walk-in” means. I called ahead and the manager confirmed walk-ins were accepted, but never asked for my ETA or mentioned any time limit. I immediately took a car service from DTLA to West Hollywood. When I arrived, Nare told me no one could help me. As I’m waiting for car service to arrive, Ironically, she finished her client 10 minutes later and had no other customers.
