I was nervous going in as I have never had my hair done in braids before, but it was a great experience. Brittina was so nice, helpful and easy to work with. I will definitely be going back.
Has several pictures of styles with colored hair and then refuses to work with it even if the client is provided the braiding and boho hair and I wasn’t made aware until the day of and I sent several messages before my appointment to confirm we would be using #4. My appointment was also supposed to be at 12pm but got changed to 1pm the day of eventually to 6pm or cancel, my first time trying a new braider and beyond disappointed.
The customer service is great, very friendly. You make your appointment online, and then you can message her with any style changes. You do need to bring your own hair, though. Especially if there is a certain brand you want. She works pretty fast, too. It's a shame that I'm leaving to go back home. She would be my permanent hair lady if I lived here. Done by Queen b braids This poor women came into my salon in tears after a visit only weeks prior to going to Queen b braids she got extensions done which were half way in some were falling out RIPPING her hair out giving her hair major breakage and damage!!!!! Even her scalp was red and inflamed in spots she apparently charged her 300$ to install hair that she brought in then Queen b decided to cut her extension panels all different sizes and thinned them so her expensive all real hair extensions were destroyed how they wer... read more
Went to get braids for labor. Had a great experience she was very accommodating. So grateful for the experience will definitely be back!
