If I could give this 0 stars, I would! First the owner reschedules my appointment a hour later without notifying me, secondly the owner left me in the chair for an hour when she had to “handle business” downtown when she said she would be gone for 20 minutes to which she gave me a $25 discount, it should’ve been more! The picture I showed her was not the style I received and I asked beforehand if she could do this style. I had a great appointment. The shop is so cute and we had great conversation throughout. My hair turned out amazing! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
Has several pictures of styles with colored hair and then refuses to work with it even if the client is provided the braiding and boho hair and I wasn’t made aware until the day of and I sent several messages before my appointment to confirm we would be using #4. My appointment was also supposed to be at 12pm but got changed to 1pm the day of eventually to 6pm or cancel, my first time trying a new braider and beyond disappointed.
I was nervous going in as I have never had my hair done in braids before, but it was a great experience. Brittina was so nice, helpful and easy to work with. I will definitely be going back.
The customer service is great, very friendly. You make your appointment online, and then you can message her with any style changes. You do need to bring your own hair, though. Especially if there is a certain brand you want. She works pretty fast, too. It's a shame that I'm leaving to go back home. She would be my permanent hair lady if I lived here.
