I don't know where to start with this.. But most definitely is disappointed with what this shop has become. Lack of customer service, don't do what you ask, demand money upfront without completing the style. You have to make sure the style you're getting is what you want while their in your head or you'll be out of money, get talked about in their language and be prepared for an attitude!!
Always available when we have needed them, even in a pinch for special occasions.
I highly recommend this place! The whole staff was friendly. They gave me exactly what I wanted and Aisha is amazing. I love this place. I will always go here for my Braids when I am in Killeen or the central Texas area come check out Queen B’s you will be satisfied, !!! Let them know that The Lady Songbird Jinda Sent you!!!!!
