I can't say for capreit as a whole; however the team we have here in Maple ridge are very easy to work with. For the most are they are easy to get a hold of in person, but definitely easy to get a hold of via email when in person doesn't work out. Very friendly and warm smiles. My fiance and I have just eclipsed living here for 2 years. Our neighbors for the most part are phenomenal, creating a nice sense of community.
