Bisket platter came with barely enough meat to make one sandwich with the white bread. The actual brisket was good, nothing else was. The bbq sauce was dressed up ketchup and the "gold" sauce was badly dressed up mustard. The Mac and cheese was a pitifully, insultingly small portion of mush in a bland sauce that only a small child would think much of. Service and atmosphere are amazing. Food is ok. At least my food was just ok. Brisket tasted as if it had no seasoning only relying on the mustard based sauce to support the sandwich. Furthermore the brisket was dried out. HOWEVER, the smoked beans were some of the best I’ve had.
Food was really good, friendly service. I ordered the brisket plate and my 2 sides were the Mac and cheese with brisket baked beans(if im describing the beans correctly) but they were good.
I did not have a good experience , the food was alright , that night I was throwing up and all weekend I felt terrible couldn’t eat ended up having to go to the dr and had food poisoning.
