Bought a 125k Hummer from this place and running around town my battery went low. I live in Vail, needed to plug in for 30 mins and was denied. I happen to own homes in other states and the dealerships there have much better customer service.

I feel like service at your dealership does the bare minimum. I’m ignored for the first 5-10 minutes when I step into the service counter and then I’m finally acknowledged and helped. Advisor does not run through what was done or explain the charges. I chose Quebedeaux because it was last minute and you had a slot available but this experience probably explains why I could get in quickly and royal gmc has a 2-3 week wait.

Went to Quebedeaux for oil change and met Ash Elhafian and he was awesome! Showed me 2 vehicles and was able to get me financed for a new vehicle which totally fits my budget! Love his enthusiasm and honesty!!! He's definitely a keeper! Anyone interested in getting a new vehicle I would highly recommend him! Made my shopping experience stress free! Thank you Ash!
