After multiple thefts and vandalism to vehicles and garage's the Mid Continental Management Company refuses to put in camera's in the parking lot. Per the Sheriff's office, after filing 3 reports in the last year, told me to request they install them and still no response. I'm sure I am not the only one having to contact the sheriff's department. They won't even let me speak with the owner about my situation and concerns.
They only Post good, which as you can see... Isn't but 2 reviews!
They are OLD. Rent went up and up but never replaced anything inside.
I lived here for about 11 years before I bought my condo. So convenient, right at the 694 and 35E split - you can get anywhere quickly. The owners were quick to respond and repair something that wasn't right. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to live.
Just put down a deposit on an apartment here. I haven't seen the place in person (saw the outside, but not yet inside). My boyfriend was able to meet with the leasing staff and was impressed by their professionalism and the units. Very great location---super close to highway 35 and only minutes away from Maplewood Mall. Hoping to call this place home. :)
