Best vets, and staff
We've been going to this vet for over 7 years. Recently, we had the cherry eye (inverted tear duct) fixed on our Teddy's eye. We're very pleased with the results. Thanks guys. Before and after photo attached.
No problem with the quality of care but watch your wallet when walking in the door. Up-sell left and right and no explanation of charges when going in. Today's visit for what should have been 2 x $47 Zidax injections turns into $274 for a 3 minute consult that I didn't ask for or expect, all after waiting over 50 minutes past the appointment time.
Fantastic care provided to my little man by the vet Molly, the vet nurses, and other staff. My dog is extremely anxious and they were incredible with him, especially when he had to go under a general anaesthetic. Staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Pet insurance gap only service is also great. Thanks team. Another incredible experience today, thank you Dr Mae and Naomi for looking after my little man, we have a new medication to try in powder form, and we got upfront and thorough advice. Thanks so much team.
