After being a client here for many years I will not be going back. What once used to be a welcoming clinic that felt small and you felt like part of thas shifted to a corporation. The veterinary clinic is now part of a much larger group that is focused on making profit. I moved house so changed vet clinics and t cuhey have completely ignored my new vets request for my dogs notes/file. They were great with our much loved little cat that passed away of pancreatitis.😥
Unfortunately my Ragdoll cat became unwell so I had to take her urgently to a vet near by & QVH took her in straight away. The staff were absolutely incredible & I would like to thank them for taking such amazing care of my cat. Highly recommend this place.
