My cousin and I have booked and stayed at motel twice over the last 2 years. My cousin from country NSW was delayed in arriving and the proprietor ensured she was able to access her room. Unfortunately her return trip via country link was delayed at the end of her trip resulting in her returning to the motel. My cousin was blown away with the outstanding service and how the proprietor went the extra mile with service. Great service and felt valued as customers

I stayed at this motel for several weeks ....the management were awesome....the lady who cleaned my room was awesome. My cat was loved and cherished by the cleaner. The room was spotless .... The business has a high turnover with visiting contractors....but they were always courteous and polite. The negative comments are obviously personal and also untrue and nasty. I score you 5 out of 5 😃
