Long waiting hours at Emergency department. Inadequate space at waiting area on a busy day. Should have child-friendly play areas to reduce stress from long waiting time.
I have had three procedures done in the Day Surgery unit since 2021 and all three times the staff have been absolutely fantastic.
I went in for a day surgery and the quality of medical care was next level. All the nurses and doctors were the kindest most empathetic human beings alive. They gave me warm blankets and explained everything to me as if I was five. Absolute legends.
The staff were genuinely so lovely, the parking is plentiful and there are quite a few lovely spots hidden away if you need a quiet moment.
