ED department fantastic but once on the wards the duty of care dropped drastically for my elderly mother.
Triage Nurses are always rude, waiting times absurd. I just had a sleep-related seizure and was told nothing is wrong with me because I didn't piss myself and to go home and sleep. The Urgent Care Clinic is where I'm going now.
Took in my partner because he was having constant seizures no one gave two shits and they kept treating us like we’re junkies asking constantly if we were on any drugs
