If I could do a 10 star rating I would. The nurses, doctors and the entire team at QBN hospital were so kind and attentive. I am so thankful to everyone we encountered during a very unexpected visit with our little girl. The care we received was timely and compassionate - it felt like being wrapped up in love
Really poor that as of January 2025 they no longer do CT scans and refer you to Canberra. How about thinking of the people instead of the bottom line.
Alison at the triage was excellent. So grateful for the health care professionals
The lady at reception, in the emergency department at 12:13pm was really rude and unprofessional.
I have been in there four times with pneumonia and each time I have had the utmost care from doctors nurses and orderlies so much better than Canberra hospital who's food is inedible and care is to minimum
