Very disappointed with my experience at Queanbeyan Hospital. While the initial emergency care for my mother was acceptable, the handling of a serious documentation error afterward was unprofessional. Dr. Robin Robert incorrectly recorded a “2-week pre-existing condition” on a Bupa form, even though her symptoms had only started 2 days earlier. Had cause to use the ER today. Could not fault them in any way. The Dr was precise and concise. I was left absolutely confident in her abilities. The nurses were next level. We have nothing to complain about with Queanbeyan and it's level of health care.
Was recommended by a Canberran friend to go here instead of Canberra Hospital for my sons potential fracture. Top notch care and a fast service from the team especially the emergency duty doctor Patrick. Highly recommended.
I am very happy with the level of care I received tonight. The Nurses and Doctors were friendly and lovely to speak to, especially Dr Matt. Thank you.
