I have been a customer with this bank for over 25 years. Recently I have had an issue which should be easy to resolve but after 14 emails and countless phone calls still no resolution. The incompetence of this bank is beyond comprehension. Be aware!
An excellent bank that helped us rearrange our accounts fantastic service thoroughly recommend the Miranda branch and it’s helpful staff.
Not impressed at all with the service of this bank. When dealing with customer service to fix issues, they haven't been able to assist much at all and constantly referring to other teams and still no result. After requesting documentation after our accounts had closed (should have been produced and sent upon accounts closing) the team still sent it to our online mail system even though we no longer had access to it. Pretty disappointed overall. Wouldn't recommend.
Contacted Qudos about their Bunnings promotion on the 28/6. According to their email would receive a reply within 2 business days. Support replied on 5/7 that they did. Created an account, downloaded the app and received my BSB and account details. Deposited $1, received instantly via osko. Then all the problems started. When withdrawing, the transaction was pending.
