I wanted to increase my daily limit to purchase a new car and it took 5 hours before they increased it. I spoke with a customer service person the day before and didn’t mention it. I now have to wait for an extra 2 hours before they release the funds and also will miss a doctors appointment. I have been with Qudos for 25 years and I will be changing banks. Not good enough!!!
I sent an enquiry email on Monday, 7/4, and was told a reply will be received within 1-2 business days, but now tonight is Wednesday at 7.28pm, but nothing has received. I don’t understand what happened but just deemed it the email not a sincere enough response.
Terrible customer service. Was trying to access my money whilst overseas. I called 10 times and everytime the person on the other end said they would transfer me to the appropriate team and evertime it would just disconnect. Came back to the Mascot branch to try and do the exact same thing and no one could help me. They told me to ring customer service and the exact same thing happened. Closing my account with them and moving my money elsewhere.
This review is not referring to any particular branch, I only chose Mascot because that’s where I opened my account years ago. I applied for a refinance loan over 8 months ago and it’s still not finalised. I keep being sent around in circles and not one person can explain to me why this is happening despite my repeated attempts. I’ve asked people to contact me about this but they just ignore it. Tried to open a bank account here after receiving an email saying “bring along your government-issued photo ID, and we'll be able to open your savings account in no time”. (The same has been confirmed by their customer service over the phone). However at the branch they tell me that I also need a proof of address. Classic! Sorry I don’t have it as I’ve just arrived to Sydney.
