We stayed for 3 nights and had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioning was not working from the time we checked in, and the customer service was extremely poor. The reception staff and manager had no clear solution and they acted like they don’t care and simply gave us two dirty, small fans, suggesting we open the window to sleep. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which, has plenty of space but it's a bit dirty and not enough kitchen utensils to use.

Great location. Easy access to food , restaurants, mini mart, shopping centres. Gorgeous apartments. Lovely pool areas. Very nice staff. Good parking.

Just stayed at the Qube for 6 nights on level 18 in a partial ocean view room . Had an excellent experience. The room was exceptionally clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for a quick get away. The resort facilities were excellent including a beautifully bbq area, gym and pool and hot spa. The qube is in a perfect location with amazing restaurants and cafe’s downstairs and a few min walk to the beach. We will definitely be back again soon .

After reading a number of bad reviews I was a little concerned when making my booking, but short of a couple of very minor things I could not fault our stay. The location is fantastic! So easy to get around with multiple food options & a supermarket just out the front door & a very short stroll to the beach. Absolute 5 stars for this.
