Arrived to the sheets of the bed covered in small drops of blood, on both the top and fitted sheet. It looked like remnants from bed bugs. Was told I could not switch rooms my first night after the sheets, and therefore slept on the couch to avoid the possible infestation. Management switched my room for the second night. We stayed here for 3 nights, we arrived and check in was easy and convenient our room was neat and tidy and smelt amazing. It’s a modern hotel with fantastic facilities and in a great location. Stay was wonderful
First time stayers at the Qube. I would recommend to anyone staying here that you don't check in on a Sunday. Reception knocks off at 1pm. You will be told that a txt will be sent when your room is available but it doesnt matter what time you receive this message when you ring the intercom they advise they will not give you access until after 2pm. We stayed in the loveliest apartment. Very comfortable and spotless The views were amazing.Staff were friendly and very helpful..Walking distance to everything.Pool area was great we stayed in room 115 level 24 my kids were so happy with this place..Will definitely will be back
