Worse experience ever ! Never ever again. They put us in a room with three rooms two of them closed .the bathroom had a see through window pretty much see everything which was very uncomfortable and no privacy. My face was itchy with the pillow cases and it felt like the room Hadn’t been cleaned .The aircon in our room made noise all night ? Don’t sleep at all ! The tv in the room didn’t work ? I must say I was worried after reading some reviews, but, our experience has been fantastic. Booked a 1 bedroom mountain view room, we were given a 2bdrm unit, with 2nd bed and bath locked off, on the 35th floor. Unit was clean, everything looked in good condition, our stay was fabulous. Staff were friendly, pool and BBQ area, great. Can't wait till we can book to come back.

I wouldn’t trust staying here or the owner. I have personally had 10k worth of belongings “lost” in the company of the owner Craig Piccone. And steal my suitcases and withhold them from me later in time not returning my possessions. Even after police involvement and flying across the country to try obtain my possessions back. I wouldn’t trust this facility if you value your personal items and wouldn’t be surprised if the owner Craig steals from guests. I stayed at the qube hotel in broadbeach for a week, and i honestly couldn’t fault it. The location of the hotel was overall great, easily accessible to the tram stop, restraints, shops, the beach and also shuttle services leaving from the convention centre. The room was a perfect size, and was exactly what was displayed on the website.
