I called after a hot receptacle and burning smell, and the repair guy calmly checked the hazard and made it safe. He also assessed my panel for an EV charger, did the load calculation, and replaced the outdoor light timer. I waited briefly for the part and he set the schedule on return.

We scheduled the electrical visit for the same day after the garage lost power. The service tech reset the tripped GFCI, replaced the worn receptacle, and corrected the overloaded circuit that kept tripping the breaker. All the outlets were tested and working in one visit, with no parts order or return needed.
