I had a MOHS procedure done on my nose for a BCC with a Westmead skin hospital doctor and Dr Leo Kim followed up afterwards to cosmetically place a skin flap in place to rectify the the area and minimise any scar or obvious operative look … the area on my nose got infected and the skin flap didn’t meet and became swollen and required antibiotics …now I have a very noticeable gap and obvious hole where the incision was… this was some years ago however I’m still bothered that Dr Kim was annoyed with my complaint at the time so... read more
Late last year I had a BCC removed from my right nostril. It had gone all the way through. I had to have reconstructive surgery done to rebuild the nostril. Very lucky for me my dermatologist worked with Dr Leo Kim of Quayside Specialists. During the two months and three surgeries Dr Kim, the nurses and staff at Quayside were fantastic. Everyone I have met at Quayside have been lovely and treated me with the upmost respect. Dr. Maryam is kind, professional and excellent at her job, and I could not recommend her or her team more. I would give them 6 stars if I could!
I am writing this review to share my full experience so others can make an informed decision. I chose Quayside Specialists and proceeded with a women’s intimate cosmetic procedure under the care of Dr Maryam Seyedabadi based on the assurances I was given before surgery. Dr. Kim is a skilled plastic surgeon who operated on me for reconstructive surgery following Mohs surgery. He provided exceptional professional care, and was kind and caring throughout what is a confronting procedure . The nursing staff at the clinic work closely with Dr. Kim, offering consistent support and attention throughout the treatment and recovery process. Together, they ensured I was informed and cared for every step along the way. I highly recommend them and thank them so much for their care.
