A few weeks ago my Jimny had a catastrophic failure on the highway whilst traveling north. This was a trip ender. Being from Victoria I flew home and Suzuki Lismore held my car and did an initial inspection. Due to aftermarket modifications I didn't end up repairing with them, but their service and kindness was next level. They even washed my dirty 4x4 for free so it didn't sit on the car and stain it whilst I was waiting to come up and tow it back. Thank you!
Customer service almost nonexistent. They have had my car for diagnostics for 6 days. They dont communicate and I have had to chase them to find out what is happening. Can’t get through to the service department when I phone.
