I have no complaints and have no hesitation in recommending Quayside Moters to others. You can't go wrong. Full tank of fuil on departure, and criss delivered my new subaru crosstrek to me in detail. I love my new ""as new" car. She drives very smoothly, , looks lovely, was presented very well upon initial inspection, and same when I came to take her home. Salesperson Duane handled the whole transaction with integrity & was very polite at all times. Even responded to any questions I had after hours. A credit to the company he represents. Thankyou.
Presented at Service Desk regarding an issue with my Starlink. Was told to book it in it would cost $90.00. Booked it in, when I picked it up I was charged $180.00. Problem not resolved. Great car. At time of purchase experience was good. Service is a let down. Better, honest communication reqired.
No stars I'm afraid. Failed pink slip inspection required for imminent registration because of rear tyre condition. Was told over the phone it was the front tyre and upon collection of vehicle the paperwork advised that it was the front tyre and the quote for replacement tyre was for front tyre. I took the vehicle to a tyre specialist who advised that it was the rear tyre that failed which upon closer inspection of the paperwork the actual inspection report indicated rear tyre, but all remaining paperwork and quote indicated... read more
