I’ve seen both Dr. Burcu Kim and Dr. Matt Lin in the past, but my recent experience with Quayside Dermatology has been frustrating. After emailing to inquire about availability in 2025, I was told Dr. Kim is only seeing existing patients (which I am) and Dr. Lin has no availability. The email ended with "wishing you all the very best in your search," which felt dismissive.
