Wanted to take advantage of the complementary car wash on day of servicing. Arran at reception noticed that it hadn't been done. She enquired and was told that car washing wasn't available on that day and to return anytime to have it washed. I returned 2 months later with a very,very dirty car. The person/persons who washed it, did an abolutely fantastic job. Showroom quality. Even gave it a quick vaccum which i wasn't expecting. Wonderful service from both Arran and whoever cleaned it.

Had my first 15000 service and was disappointed with the service at the dealership. Dropped it off at 10.00 am and was given a lift to shopping centre. Arranged to be picked up at 2.00pm and I had 3 or 4 bags of shopping. When driver arrived he didn’t get out of the vehicle to help me and commented to me I needed to hurry as he would get in to trouble where he was parked. Lismore Quayside Service, over charges, they over book clients so they can't give you a good service. And the staff are unfortunately not very helpful.
Bloody thieves! I booked in to have my car fixed today. Told them what was wrong when I booked it. Three hours later, $400 later they tell me what I know is wrong with it and tell me to come back in four weeks time. I can’t drive my car like this for four weeks. Can’t believe it, will have to drive it straight to another mechanic!
