Great staff good service. Bought my car from here, competitive prices. Worth the look, all servicing and repairs on site.
Purchased a second hand 2018 Triton from the ACT which ended up having a cracked head. Very long story short, the guys (Henri, Jay & Jethero) at Quayside Mitsubishi Lismore applied to Mitsubishi Australia for a ‘good will’ warranty repair, the parts of which were approved. Now have my vehicle back and am extremely thankful to all staff at Quayside Mitsubishi for their professionalism and constant updates during the whole process. My many thanks and kind regards, Rob.

Got my car back with a shattered rear window. They tried to tell me it was already like that, as if I was driving around with a shattered rear window and didn't notice. 'strangest thing' they said. Glass has been falling out whilst I've been driving, huting bumps and closing the doors, etc, again as if I somehow didn't notice this prior to receiving my car back. Wanted to take advantage of the complementary car wash on day of servicing. Arran at reception noticed that it hadn't been done. She enquired and was told that car washing wasn't available on that day and to return anytime to have it washed. I returned 2 months later with a very,very dirty car. The person/persons who washed it, did an abolutely fantastic job. Showroom quality. Even gave it a quick vaccum which i wasn't expecting. Wonderful service from both Arran and whoever cleaned it.
