Lady on reception help me today . Didn’t know somethings have to fill an on line form . She was amazing so polite helpful and talk to through the on line form . Thank you so much
I booked in my daughters 3 year immunidations with reception as i was aware they are due them at 3 years. Baring in mind the receptionist asked for my daughters DOB. Turned up today aftrr taking a day off work to be told sorry your daughtrr is a month early and we cannot administer the injections today and you will need to make another appt for a months time. This is unnacceptable for a GP practise
Still accepting new patients but I’m waiting in a queue above 30 people with no appointments
