Hi, I have a not very nice experience with one of your employees, I don’t know her name because she is not on the board with the other employees. She’s a young lady with blonde hair. Whenever she sees an asylum seeker she changes her attitude immediately. She is uncooperative, she’s full of herself, she barely talks when she is asked something, doesn’t smile at all. Lady on reception help me today . Didn’t know somethings have to fill an on line form . She was amazing so polite helpful and talk to through the on line form . Thank you so much
I booked in my daughters 3 year immunidations with reception as i was aware they are due them at 3 years. Baring in mind the receptionist asked for my daughters DOB. Turned up today aftrr taking a day off work to be told sorry your daughtrr is a month early and we cannot administer the injections today and you will need to make another appt for a months time. This is unnacceptable for a GP practise
Still accepting new patients but I’m waiting in a queue above 30 people with no appointments
