The Osteo team at this place are brilliant such a positive and holistic approach to health. I would never go to a physiotherapist or chiropractor ever again. The follow up care and progressive treatments are so beneficial and educational. It is like taking a master class in human anatomy so you begin to understand why you incurrred an injury in the first place and your given the knowledge of how to recovery. Very empowering healing modality.
Can't recommend Tom Gubbins and the team at Quay Osteo more highly. Tom's wealth of knowledge and wisdom has probably been the key part of my recovery in recent months following a bulged disc. A true professional, Tom is also down to earth and a great bloke to match. Thanks for your help over the last few months, Tom.

I find that Allison is always on time for my appointments, and I’m greeted with a cup of tea. Her gentle approach and caring way gives me confidence to continue. Also Allison gives me advice and exercises to do to help me with my back pain.
