Beautiful space and incredibly knowledgeable instructor. Love it
Its a lovely peaceful, brand new studio which is great, but Stacey really makes it. She is enthusiastic, but calm and supportive and she is remarkably skilled at diagnosis and delivering a personalised program. I had severe back pain and got better and faster results than I expected. Highly recommended!
I booked online, attended my first pilates class recently and wasn't disappointed. The rooms were newly furnished, updated and a pleasure to work out in. The equipment new and also a pleasure to use. Stacey gives expert instruction, the classes small and tailored to your individual needs. I would highly recommend this new business.
