our homeowner/resident friend can't get anyone at the HOA to answer the phone or return a call. The owner can't open the gates for visitors and has not been able to get this situation fixed. Our car was booted even though in a guest space. There is no sign saying visitor cars need to be "registered" . No information was provided to the owner about rules for guest parking. Basically setting up "entrapment". Someone is on the take.
