An update to this review: I originally gave this office 1 star. If you read on you will understand why.However Ms. Cyndi Quay was made aware of this situation and took the time to write to me apologizing for the treatment that I received earlier and to let me know she had educated her staff on laws pertaining to service dogs. She said they have never encountered this situation before. I feel that ANY business that is open to the public and handicapped accessible should make all of their employees aware of these laws. We had a fantastic experience with Quay & Assoc. They were attentive and thorough. They guaranteed we were all clear and everything we wanted to be covered was addressed. They also had an overall positive demeanor that made discussing sensitive topics more palatable. They were also very effcient so everything was handled in a very timely manner. Much faster than we expected.
