My family was passing through on a road trip. We needed emergent repairs on our Q7. Luis squeezed us in. Sourced the hard to find repair part and had the fix done in no time. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
If i could give this guy negative starts i would. Very unresponsive and you have to constantly call him to do the job. Never calls you back and will delay fixing you car. Last time i took my car there for a leak, he claimed he fixed the problem. Got the car back and within 24 hours it starts leaking again. Took the car back again. After 4-5 days of not hearing from him he claimed he fixed it again but the leak appeared again within 24 hours. Keep in mind this was a fuel leak so i had to pay for a tow truck 3 times!
