I have been renting storage through this place since October 2025. I am currently financially struggling and trying to sort out for an extension or something for a couple more weeks. I have messaged through the app numerous times, texted the mobile number that I was provided through messenger numerous times, and emailed numerous times and absolutely no luck whatsoever. Customer service is not great at all.
Pretty seamless procedure for a company that does its business entirely remotely. And when you do need them you call and actually speak to a human being who cares, and who is extremely helpful. Competitive pricing too. I'll use them again. Thanks Matt!
