I just moved to Helena and my realtor definitely oversold the house I bought. I was told there was a brand new water heater under the house, but I was not getting hot water. I gave them a call, left a message, he got back to me right away, and they came right out that day. They went under my house, and saw the disaster that awaited. The "new" water heater was laying on its side, full of water and mosquitoes, and rotting away.
