Quatro's Deep Pan Pizza had its start in 1975 after four guys from Chicago (Uno, Dos, Tres ?get it?) opened a pizza joint in an old doughnut bakery. Every was saying the pizza is Bomb.. but actually it wasn't good.. and way over priced.. big disappointment
Every Quatro's experience that I've has been amazing since 1992. Last month, was the best experience yet. I was struggling to unload a 26' moving truck by myself while my son rested. I decided that deep dish cheese & taco pizzas would cure my heartache of leaving my home of decades. It did. But not in the way I had planned.
