Quatro's Deep Pan Pizza had its start in 1975 after four guys from Chicago (Uno, Dos, Tres ?get it?) opened a pizza joint in an old doughnut bakery. I don't give may 5 star reviews across the board. The thin crust is good, but the deep dish is GOLD. The sauce seems to be thicker and more flavorful on it, the crust has a great flavor, and you get those crispy Detroit-style edges. Reheat in the air fryer at 350 for about 5 minutes, and it's almost as good as fresh. Definitely worth the trip from STL.
