I went online to ask for a sample on 1/13. I received an email back telling me it would be 10 business days which puts it around 1/27. At the end of January I replied back to the email asking for an update, no reply. Today 2/7 I call and the person who answered said "Oh sorry about that we don't have any samples and the person who handles the emails is no longer with us". Wow!
