We took a container order from Quartz on 5/15/18 for a delivery to WI from a Chicago CY. Once empty, "due to carrier booking error", the container was requested to return to a CY in WI, which we cannot handle as we only operate out of Chicago yards. At the time, Cynthia told us we can drop the container at the consignee's (5/23), and she'll arrange another carrier to pick up the empty and ingate (empty pickup arranged for 5/31).
