I’ve remodeled several homes and never had an experience this bad. Zero communication, sloppy installers, and the so-called manager was extremely rude. Only when I mentioned getting a lawyer did they come back to fix the seam.
Great overall experience. On initial visit Bryce was patience with us and walked us through their hundred of selections. Saw what we liked and had a template done within 24 hours. … great team and communication A-1. Looking forward to doing business with them more in the future.
Easy process to get new stone countertops. Fast fabrication and installation, everything went smooth and the results are fantastic! Would absolutely use again.
What a joke. We ordered Taj Mahal quartzite, they sent the wrong slab TWICE. Then tried charging a “restocking fee.” Installer showed up 4 hours late, drilled the sink wrong, chipped the corner, and the office told me “you signed the contract.” No accountability whatsoever.
