Jarrel was amazing! He traveled an hour and a half on 4th of July to help us being stranded in Virginia for 2 days 7.5 hours from home. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and did the job quickly. Don't know what we would have done without his help. 10 out of 10 would use again and highly recommend!
Was having issues with my car & he came to fix it the very next day. communication is good & also very trustworthy.
To be honest I thought everything was ok at first. Imma explain how this 5 star review goes down to 1 star. I got work done and got a part put in my car. Dude was nice and he came to the house to do it. He was quick not even a whole 1 1/2 hours. But when I test drove my car my check engine light comes on and my car starts to overheat. My car had an issue, and I was broken down on the side of the interstate. Found Quartz automotive through map search, and they were the closest mechanics to my location at the time. I called them, then we did a video chat, so they could assess the issue. We figured out the wheel studs were broken, probably caused by a previous tire shop that overtightened the lugs. We were 3 hours in on a 15 hour move with our uhaul when it wouldn’t start back up after getting some fuel. Jarrel is a subcontractor for uhaul and although we were stuck for 24 hours due to having to find a new alternator for the truck, he was able to swap it out quickly and get us on our way.
