Un petit centre d’entraînement très mal géré…. Et meh .. 1. Voici mon avis des plus honnêtes: Ce petit centre d’entraînement est très mal situé. Il est entouré de restaurants tels que, Domino pizza; à sa gauche un restaurant dimsum, à sa droite un autre restaurant Coréen! Ce qui explique que j’ai dû faire des cours de yoga en respirant profondément l’odeur de la pizza ou encore l’odeur des cuisines de ces autres restaurants! J'adore le cours de Pilates. Daina Pilié est très professionnelle , très attentive et les cours sont très variés. Bravo!
This Center truly transformed my life. I was struggling with severe pain in my back, legs, and neck, but over time, I can confidently say that I feel stronger, fitter, and healthier. The pain has almost disappeared. Everyone at the center is wonderful, but for me, Henry’s classes were miraculous. He uplifted my spirit, motivated me every step of the way, and provided the proper guidance and training I needed. He is the best instructor!!!
